The "Client", "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Just Watches", "Our Site", "Ourselves", "We", and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party" and "Parties", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing India Laws. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Price, specifications and terms of offers

Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Just Watches is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Just Watches reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard and VISA payments.

Shipping Methods

We ship through Blue Dart Courier service provider. Just Watches does not provide the same day shipping. The package couriers are responsible for the delivery times. Please contact the couriers for weekend and holidays delivery. We don’t deliver to P.O.Boxes. For security, package couriers may require a signature at time of delivery. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, please contact the couriers directly to delivery arrangements. Online tracking may be available at the couriers' website. Please contact respective couriers for detail.

Processing Time

Most of the orders will be processed within 40 to 48 business hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Just Watches does not process orders during weekends and national holidays.

Rush processing

Just Watches will rush process your order for an additional fee, provided that Orders and payment verifications are completed by 12:00 central time, and all items are in stock.

While Just Watches cannot guarantee same day shipment for all orders, Just Watches will put forth its best effort to ship all rush processing orders the same business day. In all circumstances, Just Watches maximum liability is limited to this rush order fee only.



All items may be cross-shipped if the following criteria are met:

The customer first agrees to purchase the replacement item. The same make / model item is in stock. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return to Just Watches. Merchandises are purchased within 7 days the cross-ship request is made.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders shipped. Change and Cancel Orders You may request changes to your orders or cancel your orders provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email Just Watches at support@ to request order changes or cancellations. You will receive credits for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 7 days from the original invoice date for a refund. No refunds after 7 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deductions may be made to reflect the current market value and the condition of the returned products.

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. All RMA requests must be filed online. Just Watches will not accept returns without prior authorizations and RMA numbers. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the dates they are issued, within which return products must be received by Just Watches. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Just Watches. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Check List before sending back your orders:

  • Check the package contents. Missing documents, manuals, or all other material may subject to the rejection of the return.
  • RMA number is shown clearly on the shipping label.
  • A copy of the original invoice
  • A note stating the reasons of the return.

Upon receipt of your return package, we will process your return within 72 business hours. If your return meets the above stated conditions, we will issue the credit of your purchase amount, less shipping and handling charges and fees, if applicable.

The product may be covered by their original manufacture's warranties, services, and/or support policies. Just Watches passes through to the customer any warranties and services of the manufacture. Just Watches disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to any products.


Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.

Damaged on Arrival or Wrong Items Received

If your order was damaged upon reception or wrong items were received, please notify us within 5 days from the date your order is received. The date shown on the courier's tracking record will be used to determine the date of reception.

All product returns follow our Exchange/Return policy.


Technical Support

Just Watches does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations; provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted on our site.


All items sold through Just Watches are sold "as-is" or "with all faults". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or Just Watches, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Product reviews

All review submissions are subject to moderation by Just Watches staffs, to ensure that only reviews that offer helpful insight are published. Please follow our submission guidelines:

  • Experiences with a fully-functional product leading to perceived pros and cons
  • Thoughts about the product's feature-set as you've experienced it
  • NO single-word, or non product-specific reviews
  • DO NOT use profanity, obscenity and other offensive language
  • DO NOT mention of Just Watches’ competitors by name, URLs, specific pricing, specific availability, other time-sensitive information
  • DO NOT include experiences with a DOA, defective, damaged or otherwise semi-functional product
  • Just Watches reserves the right to accept or reject any review in its sole and absolute own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances Just Watches’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Just Watches shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Just Watches shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Just Watches has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.


Notification of Changes

Just Watches reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
