Shipping and Return Policies:

TEN X COMMERCE LLP (“TEN X”) is committed to ensure complete customer satisfaction with respect to each product available on its website. TEN X has put no-hassle procedures to ensure that if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return OR replace/EXCHANGE the Product with same model SUBJECT TO BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONs.

  1. Process for Return and refund:

    Return/Exchange for products above 25k price value

  1. Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or replacement possible.
  2. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order or with manufaturing defects, please inform customer service via email within 48 hours of the delivery along with images and unboxing video of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB).
  3. All returns are subject to TEN X sole discretion which shall be deemed as final and binding. TEN X IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE ANY REASON WHATSOEVER FOR SUCH REJECTION.

    Return/Exchange for products below 25k price value
    1. If customer is not satisfied with product and wish to return the same, the customer should contact TEN X customer care on 022 68353125 (10 am to 6 pm, Monday To Saturday) (Except Government Holidays) or write  to jw.support@tenxcommerce.com within 7 (Seven) days from the receipt of product to request return FOR refund. We shall not entertain any request for return for refund after 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of the product. On registration a confirmation mail/ reference number will be generated which customer should quote in all its communications with TEN X.

    Return/Exchange process:
    1. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail/ return reference number from us.
    2. All the products to be returned for refund must be unused and in their original condition. The tags and outer box should not be broken or tampered. We request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the PRODUCT. Customer should provide the invoice/warranty card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
    3. Returns will be picked up from the original delivery address or alternate address provided by customer in writing. The Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product. however, in case pickup facility is not available from original delivery address or alternate address provided by customer, the customer will deliver the PRODUCT AT TEN X PREMISES I.E. TEN X Commerce LLP C/O - YNT Supplychain Pvt. Ltd - E2, Saidhara Logistics Park, Borivali-Kuksa Village, Mumbai Nasik Highway, Bhoirgao, Bhiwandi, Thane-421302 at its COST AND EXPENSE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY AND SHARE DOCKET NUMBER WITH TEN X customer care on its EMAIL ADDRESS i.e jw.support@tenxcommerce.com
    4. If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.
    5. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our Premises.
    6. Please do not hand over any additional items to the shipping partner during return pickup. We or our Courier partner will not be responsible for refund of additional/ unaccounted products lost in transit.
    7. We will not accept return of Product in case of any damage caused to Product due to neglect of Customer or IN CASE the product RECEIVED ARE found to be broken or tampered OR MODIFIED or mishandled or WITHOUT PACKAGE or is NOT SUPPORTED WITH invoice/warranty card. In such situation TEN X reserves right to ship the same back to customer in same condition and in such case no refund will be processed.
    8. All returns are subject to TEN X sole discretion which shall be deemed as final and binding. TEN X IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE ANY REASON WHATSOEVER FOR SUCH REJECTION.

    Refund Process:

    1. As soon as we receive your return in our Premises, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by phone/email and your refund will be credited within 15 working days from such APPROVAL. If youR return is not approved refund shall not be done and product shall be returned back to you. However, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with you.
    1. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to Customer account via the same mode through which the payment was made.
    1. Process for Replacement / EXCHANGE:
    1. If customer is not satisfied with product delivered due to manufacturing defect therein and wish to replace/exchange the same with same model, Customers should contact TEN X customer care on 022 68353125 (10 am to 6 pm, Monday To Saturday) (Except Government Holidays) or write to jw.support@tenxcommerce.com within 7 (Seven) days from the receipt of product to request an REPLACEMENT/ EXCHANGE. We shall not entertain any request for REPLACEMENT/exchange with different model and/or after 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of the product. On registration a confirmation mail/ reference number will be generated which customer should quote in all its communications with TEN X.
    1. In case customer wants to exchange product ordered with another model then customer should opt for refund as per above mentioned refund policy and place fresh order for Purchase.

    1. The process of product exchange will begin as soon as the original product is received by us in condition mentioned herein above.
    2. The customer will be intimated with an update on the dispatch of exchange product via call/mail.
    1. In case the exchange product is not available, the customer will be informed about the unavailability and the refund will be initiated as per refund process mentioned above.
    1. All returns for exchange are subject to sole discretion which shall be deemed as final and binding. TEN X IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE ANY REASON WHATSOEVER FOR SUCH REJECTION.

    This RETURN and REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE POLICY will be governed by the laws as applicable in India. Any dispute(s) arising out of this policy will be handled in the competent courts of Delhi only.
